Shipping Policy

Introduction

The following Statement outlines the terms and conditions relating to the delivery of goods purchased through La Boutique Saisonniere. We are committed to ensuring your order is processed quickly and efficiently finally being delivered safely to your chosen address.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public or bank holidays). Orders placed after 15:00pm (GMT) will be processed the following business day.
 

Currently we will ship all orders via the most appropriate carrier of our choosing depending on the item(s) ordered.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable, majority of tracking details will be sent to you on despatch of the order.

Shipping

We currently only offer Standard Delivery (UK- 5 to 7 business days rest of the EU- 7 to 14 business days)

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates and start from the order date. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
 

Once our new and refurbished Warehouse is complete, we will bring in an Express option at a small added cost offering Next Day Delivery to all UK Customers and delivery within three Working Days for the remainder of the EU; for orders placed before 12:00pm (GMT) Friday.
 

Please Note that if Express delivery is not available at that time for a particular item it will be noted within that item's description, any remaining items on the order that are eligible will be despatched via Express Delivery.
 

Shipping Charges

All standard orders above £40.00 or equivalent are entitled to Free Shipping costs, any order below this amount will be subject to a £2.99 delivery charge.
 

Express Delivery charges will be advised once the option is available.

 

Delivery Locations

We deliver within the UK and all of Europe.

Excluding mainland UK; deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and remainder of Europe may incur additional delivery charges and longer delivery times as previously stated which will be notified prior to despatch.

Order Tracking

We will ensure, as far as reasonably practical that your order is delivered within the original timeframe stated.        

We at La Boutique Saisonniere will not be held responsible or any orders which may be delayed by events out of our reasonable control, for examples such as issues with third parties or poor weather conditions.
 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you encounter any issues with tracking, or your order has not been delivered by the due date please contact us at enquiries@laboutiquesaisonniere.co.uk or by one of the other contact details listed below.
 

We will always endeavour to let you know if an order has been delayed with a reason and an updated estimated date of delivery.

Missed Deliveries & Address Issues

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection, occasionally depending on Carrier there may be a possibility to deliver to a nominated safe space at your discretion. La boutique Saisonniere will not take responsibility for any items missing from a delivery to an authorised safe space.
 

Please ensure your delivery address is full and correct when placing your order, including any relevant delivery instructions for the Carrier;  we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or lack of delivery information; this could potentially result in a loss of your refund or replacement.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact us no later than 14 days of the expected delivery date or receipt with your Order number and where applicable photographs in the case of damages. At La Boutique Saisonniere we will fully investigate and arrange an immediate replacement or refund to your original payment method where appropriate.
 

We may on occasion require you to send back the damaged goods. We will cover the expense of the postage. Once the goods arrive back to us, we will offer a replacement or full refund once goods have been inspected. Proof of breakages - we reserve the right to ask customers to provide photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods at our own discretion. 
 

If your item is faulty or develops a fault soon after purchase, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We can offer a replacement or full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

We may require you to email us over a picture or send back the damaged good. We will cover the expense of postage. Once the goods arrive back to us, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Unwanted items

Everyone at some point changes their minds be assured that at La Boutique Saisonniere you may return your order within a maximum of 28 days from receipt for any reason. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return an item or order by either emailing us or calling us. You will have a remaining 14 days to return the items to us at your own expense ensuring the item(s) being in its original condition and packaged securely with the returns form you will be sent once you notify of your wish to return completed. 
 

By original condition we mean the product(s) is/are unused and all the original packaging and labels are undamaged and intact. 

International Shipping

At present, we only ship within Europe.
 

Please note that any orders for delivery outside of the UK or to remote areas may incur added shipping costs and a slightly increased delivery time. We will let you know of these matters either at the time of your order or prior to the despatch of your order.
