Unless there is a quality issue returns are only accepted for non-customised items, any Custom orders or special requests for Size or Colour this sale is final and unable to be refunded.

Returns for damaged item's or products that do not work as they should will be made if you could please contact us within 30 days of receipt of delivery, stating the issues with the received item(s) including any photographs if applicable and we will email you a Returns label or Reference for goods to be returned to us within 10 days. Please note- do not return items without a valid returns label or reference you will not be refunded.

The item(s) you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item(s) must be in the original packaging as it was received in by you unless advised differently.

Please do not send the product(s) back without an authorised Returns Label which will have the relevant return address information. Please email enquiries@laboutiquesaisonniere.com with your reason for the return to obtain your returns label.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is a Quality issue!
If you just change your mind, which can happen you will receive a refund, and the shipping cost of returning the undamaged/unused product(s) to the manufacturer will be deducted from your refund
Any returns due to damages or quality issue will be refunded in full on receipt.
Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund via your original method of payment within 10working days of receipt of your return to La Boutique Saisonniere, please first double check with your provider again.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we endeavour to refund as quickly as possible after receipt of the return and product checks have been made. We will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned product(s) and we will also notify you if the refund has been rejected and the reason why.

Refunds will not be made unless the above instructions are adhered to or item(s) are received after the agreed return time unless previously agreed by La Boutique Saisonniere.
